Dear Valued Customer,

As our nation comes together during this challenging time to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, we’d like to remind you that although this situation is serious, we as a people have risen to every challenge and have overcome every emergency, both manmade and natural, that we have encountered.  We are fully confident that as we work together, we will overcome this latest, serious challenge we are facing!

We know you have many new concerns with respect to the actions you need to implement regarding the operation of your business during this time.  We want to assure you that we are 100% up and running and are fully capable, as always, of supplying your product needs even as your demands may vacillate while this situation unfolds and ultimately passes. 

Toward that end, we want to inform you of the actions that we at Sweetener Solutions have taken and will continue to take to ensure that you have an uninterrupted and safe supply of the product that we provide to you, allowing you to focus on the needs your brand and business operations. 

  • As an SQF Certified manufacturer, we are confident that the underlying processes and Quality Assurance steps inherent in these processes will continue to ensure the safety of the product we provide to you. 
  • In order to mitigate the risk of any potential disruptions to our production, we have divided our company into two independent teams operating two separate shifts.   Personnel from one shift will not come into contact with the other. Between shifts, cleaning will be performed on door knobs, bathroom facilities and other touchable surfaces.   This shift-redundancy and extra sanitation being placed into effect now will help mitigate risk to both our employees and to our production capabilities.
  • We have already taken immediate measures to ensure that our supply of both ingredients and packaging materials are protected and uninterrupted, and are pleased with the support that our sources have given us in this regard.  This will remain a core, ongoing objective of our leadership team. 
  • We are eliminating any non-critical business travel at this time, as well as restricting non-employee access to our facilities until further notice.  Our primary mission right now is to both support your brand and to ensure the health of all of our employees. 

On a more personal note, it is of course paramount that we safeguard the health of both our families and our employees.  A key component of that is encouraging frequent hand washing.  Although we are often reminded to wash our hands, instruction in proper handwashing technique generally doesn’t accompany those reminders.  Below you will find 2 links that instruct in thorough and proper hand washing.  We hope the information at these links helps, and encourage you to not only learn this yourself, but to share these links with family, co-workers and friends.
